Thomas Miller joined Gunther McIntosh in 2019 with thirty-one years of experience.  Mr. Miller’s practice the past fifteen years has been in the area of construction, representing developers, contractors, design professionals and subtrades. Mr. Miller has been the lead attorney in several complex multi-party construction litigation and mediations. Mr. Miller has significant litigation and trial experience involving high value personal injury cases, automobile and truck accident cases, and general commercial litigation.  Mr. Miller has also handled appeals in state and federal courts and argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Alabama Supreme Court. Before joining Gunther McIntosh Mr. Miller was a shareholder at Peterson Bernard. Mr. Miller practiced law with Paxton Smith for a total of 25 years before that firm merged with Peterson Bernard in 2017.
